Our Process

Families tell us that trying to find the right service for their situation can be challenging.

We’ll help you access the services that are right for your situation.

Blue Hills is committed to helping families navigate the often complicated system of services. Contact one of our Intake Coordinators to request services. Your call will be returned within two business days. The intake worker will discuss your concerns, needs and the services available. A more complete telephone interview, called BCFPI (Brief Child and Family Phone Interview) will be done within a week once you decide to pursue service with us. The Intake Coordinator will then offer to meet with you and your family face to face. The worker will discuss service options with you and a preliminary plan for appropriate services.

Should Blue Hills not be the Centre for you, the Intake Coordinator will offer to make the connection to the most suitable service(s) for you through a Warm Transfer.
